was so shy when I was a little girl. One day in a gymnastic class, we were doing
chin up with a horizontal bar. All classmates jumped and grabbed the bar at one
time!! Everyone let lose one's grip on the bar in ten seconds since I was still
holding it, and made them open their eyes wide. Then I felt ashamed and released
